Led team of 6 recruiters specializing in mid-level recruitment efforts for a 10,000 employee health system covering 38 counties with 3 major medical centers and 41 satellite clinics. Enhanced efforts to attract additional nursing talent, CRNA’s, and neurosurgery talent, as well as recruitment for a major research center specializing in rural healthcare advocacy.

Human Resources Manager - Staffing
Responsible for the development, implementation, and revision of recruitment systems and strategies for Wyeth’s Pearl River site. This 3,500 person union and non-union site is inclusive of all 4 major business units: Research & Development, Vaccines Manufacturing, Vaccines Research, and Consumer Health.
Achievements:
· Recognized for design and implementation of 3 ‘Best Practice’ processes implemented across all domestic sites: a standardized Staffing process, a standardized Job Fair process, and the ’Hot Finds’ Employee Referral Program.
· Supervise a team of 8 Human Resources Generalists that perform approximately 70% staffing activity in addition to generalist responsibilities.
· Dramatically altered the College Relations program by revising target school roster. Shifted program focus from local colleges to top tier national schools, significantly improving student quality for our New College Graduate and Summer Intern Programs.
· Responsible for regular data analysis and reporting on weekly and monthly staffing activity, recruiter metrics, etc, which kept management informed of the latest Staffing activity.

Staffing Leader
Responsible for the development and management of the staffing team for Samsung’s $1.3 billion-dollar wafer FAB start up operation with 1,100 employees in Austin, Texas.
Achievements:
· Created all new Staffing processes, policies, and procedures, resulting in record ramp time for Samsung’s first wafer fabrication facility outside of Korea.
· Created national media and recruitment strategy which grew workforce 5X in six months.
· Selected, designed and installed site Resumix system, which improved candidate sourcing, tracking and EEO reporting.
· Designed format for Samsung’s HR Reference manual, now in use globally.
· Development of a college recruitment program targeting top engineering universities nationwide which resulted in the recruitment of over 200 new college graduates over a 5 year period.
· Hired, trained, and managed a staff of up to 8 technical recruiters and support personnel.
· Developed strategic manpower plans, which helped determine targeted yearly recruitment efforts.

Senior Technical Recruiter responsible for ramp staffing of Motorola’s MOS-13 facility. Additional responsibilities included ownership of several additional company-strategic recruitment responsibilities for APRDL, 300mm Team, and WLKGD / Flip Chip development.
Achievements:
· Sourced, interviewed, evaluated, and placed engineering talent in support MOS-13 hiring needs.
· Developed an on-line ‘Hiring Manager’s Guide’ to help normalize Staffing processes across several Austin sites, which totaled 10,000 employees.
· Worked closely with FAB management to prioritize hiring sequence to coincide with ramp milestones, headcount timelines, and equipment move-ins.
· Responsible for Research and Development recruitment for A.P.R.D.L. (Advanced Products Research and Development Lab), 300mm development team, FIB (Focused Ion Beam) and WLKGD (Wafer-Level Known Good Die).
· Sustaining hiring for three additional wafer FAB facilities (MOS 3, 8, and 11) for the Microprocessors and Memories Technologies Group (M.M.T.G.).
· Used ‘Madrid,’ Motorola’s proprietary resume software retrieval system in support of these recruitment efforts.

Part of Intel’s ‘Blitz’ recruitment team which engaged in rapid sequence, high volume staffing trips to targeted geographic areas to support time-specific hiring needs linked to FAB project ramp timeline.
